Fitness Assessement

The Fitness Assessment is utilized for both the client and the coach. We want to make sure that we can help you as best as we can and establish a starting point in your fitness journey. This also gives you an opportunity to see if we are a right fit for your needs, and if we aren't, we can still help steer you in the right direction with another recommendation.

Booking Policy

Appointments may be booked starting any time in advance of the appointment and up to any time before the start of the appointment.

Cancellation Fee: Late cancellations will be charged fee of $15.00

Nutrition Consultation

Take your health to another level and find the best plan that fits your performance or everyday needs. Whether its vegan, keto, paleo, or the next fad diet, we will educate you on how it works with YOUR body and help you understand more about how nutrition plays a vital role in your fitness performance, mood, and overall well-being.

Booking Policy

Appointments may be booked starting 1 month in advance of the appointment and up to 1 day before the start of the appointment.


Cancellation/No Show Policy: Client may change appointment time up to 8 hours prior to appointment start time. If a late cancel occurs, a charge of $5.00 will be assessed to the client on the day of the appointment. 

Cancellation Fee: Late cancellations will be charged fee of $5.00

Youth Training

Forged Fitness can help Youth Athletes (18 yrs or younger) with their physical fitness and sports performance too!  Youth clients are accepted on an individual basis all year long and summer conditioning camps are also available.
Membership is not required for youth summer camp. 

Youth Summer Conditioning Camp - Summer Only This program is designed for youth athletes to take their game to the next level. Our programs are sports specific and skills are transferable for the multi-sport athletes. In this program we cover: Speed, Agility & Quickness, Strength and Conditioning, Mobility & Flexibility, and Nutrition for growing athletes.
